Stayed 3 nights when we arrive in Italy and another night on my way back from Puglia. Will not return. Positive: location and spacious triple room. Double room was small on the first stay and spacious on the return. Cleaning was so ok. Negatives: 1. Shower: water goes from cold to extremely hot to the point of burning if you don’t move away. 2. Wi-Fi: very unstable and weak 3. Breakfast: very limited 4. Staff not very friendly

Rooms are very tired and require updating, look nothing like their photos put up. Having a shower is like Russian roulette you never know when you are going to be scalded as all of a sudden there is a rush of boiling water. We arrived late at night the night manager was not very interested in talking to us. Good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the major places of interest.

This hotel is in a good position for visitors wanting to see the major attractions of Rome. The staff all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was adequate and there was plenty of variety. The coffee was awful though. There are issues with the water pressure in the shower with hot and cold changes and changes in pressure without warning.

We are with a tour group. Our room is small but clean. Very tired and in need of repair. Hot water takes forever then suddenly scalds you in a burst. Followed by a shot of cold. Wallpaper pealing off the walls, mold spots in bathroom. Slippery shower bath with no safety mat. Single use plastic cups in bathroom. Nowhere to hang your bath towels. Breakfast eggs were cold and bacon looks undercooked and swimming in liquid. Bar area seating torn and thread bare. Front desk on arrival at 10pm, after 29 hrs journey, ignored us for a good 5 minutes. No greeting no friendly welcome. WiFi weak signal very slow. Central position is good

WARNING : STAY WAY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL First of all this is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. I have stayed in many and this one is NOT UP there in any manner. I also had a very bad incident where my bags were checked citing that something missed from room, I agreed to them as I had to prove my innocence. Beware of the staff there.
